About:
Mr. Jurgen Maibuechen is from a small German town of Betteldorf located south of cologne,
in the Eifel region, not far from the border with Luxembourg in the province of Rheinland Pfalz.
He has been involved with German Shepherd Dogs for most of his life,
as his father had bred GSDs under the Kennel name “Gierather Bach”.
Juergen Maibuechen started Sch.H training dogs in early age and has
participated in more than 120 trials, with more than 20 different dogs
as well as handling and presenting his dogs in the show ring.
He became an SV trial judge in 1997

Breed Survey master in 2015
He founded the Pallas Athene kennel in 1993 running up to 2011.
Today breeding dogs together with Daiga Krumina for the Latmon Kennel.

who is a fellow competitor and what an honor to be part of his special year of judging this year.

We are excited to host Andreas Sobczyk as our IGP judge,
who is a fellow competitor and what an honor to be part of his special year of judging this year.

Andreas' Sharing:
I have been a member of the Verein für Deutsche Schäferhunde (German Shepherd Association) since 1981.
During this time, I have trained around 30 of my own dogs to all trial levels (IGP)
and led them in approximately 130 trials at local clubs and regional events.
In the exhibition sector, I have also successfully presented dogs at local club,
regional group, and BSZS events (e.g., Gustel vom Wildsteiger Land, Zarno, and Matscho vom Farbenspiel,
among many others). Under the kennel name "von der Kaiserstadt," I have bred many good, healthy dogs,
all of which had exemplary temperaments and were highly motivated to work.
Currently, I only own one young female dog who, before her third year of life,
has successfully completed all trials, exhibitions, and breed surveys with me.
She is now ready for breeding and brings me great joy! - Nana von Pallas Athene IGP3, FH1
Unfortunately, in 2024, I had to let my performance dog UNO vom Argatros (YouTube) cross the rainbow bridge.
Since 1992, I have been active as a performance judge and have judged multiple times in the USA, Bulgaria,
Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany at local club trials and regional events.
Unfortunately, my judging tenure in Germany will come to an end in late 2025 due to the 70-year age rule.
I am especially pleased to serve as a judge alongside my friend and esteemed colleague Jürgen at your event.
I hope the event will be harmonious and successful for everyone.
